Delrawn Small’s Family Still Seeks Accountability 9 Years After NYPD Killing Officer Wayne Isaacs was acquitted on murder and manslaughter charges in 2016.

Nearly a decade ago, officer Wayne Isaacs gunned down unarmed #DelrawnSmall in front of his baby. Yet Isaacs is still employed by NYPD - he hasn't even faced a discipline trial - and Small’s family said their loss has been pushed to the margin.
