Great article. This line being blurred by some is one thing that has kept me away. My wife isn't a naturist, nor does she lean that way, so I will have to go somewhere solo and I don't want people thinking something that's not right. I'm going to my first Park and it is labeled as Family Friendly.

It's great that you were able to continue that. I've had experiences like that but for various reasons kept it all hidden and secret.

In my teens I would sneak out at night and skinny dip alone in the pool. Only a couple of times did I ever skinny dip with others.

I assume that's since birth. Congrats!

I've read where people don't like the discreteness of the symbol, but I do. I think it is a way to signal to people who know, and maybe have a conversation with those who don't.

I'm in the same boat. I do have a rather private yard, so as soon as I stop overthinking and let my kids know, I'll be able to spend more time outside.

Wow, I admire your bravery. I'm working on being able to tell my children, 13 and up, so I can be at home, at home.
