Play it for the jury, the defendant, and the plaintiff, court reporter, and the bailiff.

Kamala Harris is a "radical" now?

Everyone declaring this is assuming that they will never be on the other end of a bombing campaign like this so this won't help. The problem is that they're probably correct so you're stuck arguing about the immorality of this and since most of these people barely have any morals, it's a lost cause.

Japan vs. Korea has always been the best part of the WBC and still is.

Mark Vientos at 3B is a nightmare.

New York Mets Top 45 Prospects This is a rather strong farm system thanks to its slightly above-average number of Top 100 and 40+ FV or better prospects, but a huge portion of its quality is tied up in Nolan McLean.

Bold Predictions: The Mets will finish top 3 in MLB in runs scored and top 10 in fewest runs allowed this season.

It's honestly hard to take anyone talking about the Mets seriously when they think Vientos is going to be the default starter over Baty.

Mamdani has credibility with them that Hillary and Kamala don't. It's an overused phrase, but it's the "Nixon to China" thing and it's real.

If this guy stays healthy, he could easily spend time in the future as a top 3 pitcher in baseball at his peak. His stuff is just disgusting.

I haven’t been this awed by a pitcher’s pure stuff since I saw Jose Fernandez pitch against the Mets shortly after he first came up. Special doesn’t even begin to describe how good McLean is.

Their offer was so much better than anyone's. It was an absurd offer. I'd feel a lot differently if he had signed for $110 Million over 4 years. $155m for 5 was an absurd offer, one that the Mets were correct to not try and match unfortunately.

25.02.2026 20:56 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

The Mets didn't give him an offer because it wouldn't have been remotely close to what Baltimore was offering. It wasn't because they had no offer at all. The Mets 100% would have signed Pete to a 3 year, $85 million contract. The odds of Pete accepting that over Baltimore's offer was 0%.

If there was nearly as much pining for far more progressive candidates out there, then they would actually win primaries in the places where moderates currently reign. The thing is, they don’t.

She bounced a $25 check in 2014. ICE tried to deport her. A Missouri grandma and lawful resident spent months in detention for a decade-old misdemeanor, underscoring the massive scope of the administration’s deportation efforts.

She came to the US legally nearly a half century ago and lived here legally ever since. But the Trump administration locked her up for five months and tried to deport her because of a couple of bounced checks more than a decade ago. www.washingtonpost.com/nation/2026/...

You're not going to get numbers too big to cheat by trotting out the same tired Dem establishment. We're also going to end up handing power right back to these monsters if we don't choose people who actually govern well.

But think about this even if it’s the end game of the tech. We’re talking about a team of maybe 10 people who do this instead of 1,000 people actually driving the cars.

Agreed. The societal problems won't fail to materialize if all AI does is increase the natural rate of unemployment to 13% or something like that. That's both a completely feasible outcome and a massive economic calamity for millions of people.

My experience with it and running my own small operations team is that I can't replace anyone who current works for me with it but I can absolutely use it effectively enough to not have to hire anyone else, maybe ever. It's less effort and cheaper to train AI for new tasks than a new person would be
