Holy Crow, what a few weeks… In an effort to do my best to weed out companies who support the current authoritarian regime I’m looking for alternatives to Amazon to purchase needed items for my inn that are not available locally. Any ideas? Keeping up the resistance.

I’ve got 2 more days of hiking to reach Sao Vincent but the weather may stall me for a day. It’s been a blast and I’m also looking forward to a few days not hiking!

Began the official Rota Vincentina today, first full day with a loaded pack, 17 miles, ass officially kicked. Enjoying a little time by the fire before crashing. The home-stay tonight is a farm and the have baby goats that are amusing me to no end. Also, a cat has adopted me(it may be the chorizo)😛

I made it to Lisbon yesterday then walked 9.7 miles to try to wipe the red eye flight from my eyes. Slept great last night now today a walk to Belem!
