A bathroom scales showing 198.6lbs, indicating that Dan has lost 3.2lbs this week, and nearly 20lbs since January!

Start of Week 6: -3.2lbs for a total of 19.8lbs

Really happy with this! Wasn’t expecting quite as much as three pounds, but I will certainly take it! And nearly -20lbs for the year!

A bathroom scale showing 201.8lbs, indicating Dan has gained 1.4lbs over the last week.

Start of week 5: a 1.4lbs gain.

Bit disappointing, as is every gain, but the fat % the scales tell me suggest this may be water weight as it was rather warm in the house over the weekend.
Still, it’s only a pound and a half, cracking 200lbs is still very reachable!

Delighted and a little bit gutted about this. A nearly 3lbs loss is amazing but I really thought I was getting over the 200 mark this week. Maybe next Monday we’ll have 190-something on the screen
