Today, I'm thinking and writing about ordinary paths. Not the spectacular paths through jaw-dropping landscapes that intend to wow and seduce us. But the gentler, everyday paths that love us quietly, like a partner who reaches out to take our hand when we need reassurance.

I think I'm heading left. But it seems like an ideal place to come back to and see where the other path leads.

I love Sundays with these two beautiful beings. The garden centre was so busy with festive shoppers, but we had delicious bagels and chips in the new cafe, and bought a tree to decorate for midwinter.
