Carrie Fisher was awesome. Just watched the Shampoo clip and it left me smiling at how fantastic Carrie Fisher is in the "I'm NOTHING like my mother!" scene. One of a kind and that says a helluva lot when Lynda Carter, Pam Grier and Jamie Lee Curtis were working in the 70s.

Thanks for posting this. Excellent film with a excellent soundtrack. A defining film of the era, right up there with The Goonies, Back to the Future, ET, The Gremlins, Predator, Terminator and Aliens.

Stupidity born out of fear of looking politically motivated which is just ridiculous. If a president can't be prosecuted for insurrection, for attempting the assassination of his VP and members of Congress by mob, then there isn't a rule of law in America. It's legal posturing for appearances.

I have a sliver of hope, but there is a large part of me that feels like it's already too late. America talks a good game about democracy but the nation is built on racism, greed and religious dogma. Trump is a disgusting symptom of a much deadlier illness. The fact that he's not in jail proves it.
