I can lend you a filament drier if you want to try (dc151 tomorrow?)- worked well on some filament I thought was fine but just wouldn't print well before.
Also try a brim / mouse ears for a flat first layer

My usual experiment to find out how bad LLMs are at technical instructions (wiring a UK plug) as applied to grok. It's just as bad as any other LLM out there:
