Much as the court warns against reading this as a victory of one group over another, that is exactly what will happen now, as a victory of the 'gender-critical' movement over trans women. Regardless of the potentially complex legal ramifications, this narrative will embolden anti-trans mobilisation.

5. Simply said, most popular “solutions” to the far right either underestimate the far right (by externalizing it from the “mainstream”) or are logically at odds with the analysis of the strength of the far right (eg asking the far right controlled state to oppose the far right).
