which co has been the best at this?
imagine an AI quietly slipping into every code
I often think about that day when Claude tried to update a model in my code (without me asking for it)
kinda wild when you think about it
just a tweak and suddenly it's everywhere, controlling most of the world's codebases
Twitter is a great example of what started as a 1 feature app
my first success was the same (Tweet Hunter)
you probably don't need a complex 37-feature app, but just 1 powerful and (sometimes) unique
Rob came up with this idea and it's PURE GENIUS
honestly, it's one of the BEST EXECUTED [cursor for X] implementations that I've seen
now live in SuperX
π
why Tesla don't get stolen?
but more importantly, why is the system preventing it not copied by every auto makers?
damn, we're cooking something insane in SuperX
people not using it will definitely miss out
which camp are you on?
1. off during the summer
2. work while others rest

Outrank reached $1m+ ARR π
this is my 4th SaaS doing so
every time I feel incredibly proud
my playbook:

100% bootstrapped

make products people want

quick revenue-based validation

Feather users keep making me rethink what βno-codeβ means
yes, you can build pSEO with it and ship thousands of pages

incredible update coming to Outrank
hope to onboard first users soon

The Lee Sedol match wasn't about AI beating humans.
It was about the moment the competition itself changed.
The question isn't "Can you beat AI?"
It's "Can you adapt to a world where AI is your most powerful tool?"
Those who can answer this - win.
Lesson 5: Collaboration beats competition.
The best developments came AFTER the match.
Humans + AI systems working together.
Don't try to beat AI.
Learn to dance with it.
Lesson 2: Pattern recognition vs creative disruption.
AI dominates optimisation within known rules.
Humans win by breaking the model entirely.
Your edge isn't competing with AI.
It's finding the moves AI can't see coming.
Never compete with AI in a fixed process with rules.
But here's the tragic part:
Lee was still improving. Still creative. Still human.
He just couldn't see his new role in an AI world.
Instead of becoming the first human-AI Go hybrid, he walked away.
The lesson: Don't abandon the game. Change how you play it.
March 2016, Seoul.
200 million people watched the ultimate human vs AI showdown.
Experts predicted easy human victory.
AI researchers thought machines needed 10+ more years.
The complexity seemed impossible.
They were all wrong.
Because what happened was brutal...
Lee Sedol wasn't just any player.
18 international titles.
9-dan rank.
Known for moves that "came from nowhere."
Go has more possible positions than atoms in the universe.
Pure human creativity and intuition.
He represented 4,000 years of human mastery.
Look at this guy:
He's the greatest GO player to ever exist.
Korean national hero.
Turned pro at age 12.
18 international titles.
But one match with AI forced him to retire...
Here are 5 lessons so you don't get replaced by AI:

I've seen that shape before
Taplio did that and peaked at $460,000 MRR
they had very similar path
1. early version got attention
2. long overall to make product great
3. new version ready & shipped
I was exploring TikTok Creator Insights.
didnβt expect much but ended up finding a solid research tool.
it shows what people are actively searching for, plus trends and content gaps.
I tested βemailβ and got stuff like:

β βemail templates for busy peopleβ

I absolutely love that while I was off for 2 weeks, Outrank published 14 blog posts on each of my 5 active projects and grew my search traffic by about 10% π

People complaining about your product is actually a good sign.
It means they're frustrated but still using it because it provides value.
The worst thing after a launch isn't people saying it's shitty.
It's silence.

Startup 101:
Go AI-first.
Get roasted on Twitter.
Ship fixes.
Repeat.
Your friend just launched something.
A product. A brand. A dream.
Hereβs how you can help them:
β Buy the product β no discount, no favor.
β Leave a review β even 1 line makes a difference.
β Tell someone who might need it β one intro can change everything.
Thatβs it.
Most people never forget...
