💸 the tool that got us the most traffic ever was a "dev hiring test", which I thought was [not urgent / low impact]

🤦‍♂️ tons of features I spent weeks working on barely had any usage

so ship it

People complaining about your product is actually a good sign.

It means they're frustrated but still using it because it provides value.

The worst thing after a launch isn't people saying it's shitty.

It's silence.
