I'm on my read-through for book 1, so ofc I basically rewrote most of chapter 1... But, now when I read that through again... I get REALLY suspicious when my brain has no complaints throughout a paragraph.
Is that normal? 😵‍💫

All right. So, what do you call the entrance/lowest-floor of an apartment building? Say one with three storeys, no basement?
Bottom floor?
First floor?

I kind of used both, but want a word Most will associate with the ground-floor.

Those are good pointers. I did find myself using 'but' a lot. This round of editing I've been jumping on inconsistencies, breaks in the flow and pouncing on those small filler-words which might not be necessary. It's hard and sometimes painful work.

I will need another round to catch all, but at ch.22 of 26 and know I need to cut chunks from the last 2 chapters. They feel too long. =/

Thank you, I am! Perhaps my head is screwed on better, but it seems I woke up one day and was able to do sentence/line-edits. o_o
'This does not make sense', 'This is not necessary', 'This would flow better if you rearranged it like so...'.
I am a wee bit proud of myself 🤗

All right, so the past few days I have shortened my script with about... 100 words. Of which 1/3rd consisted of the word 'just'.
Someone, pls clap and tell me I'm a good girl 😢

I just wanted to tell you I haven't left, I don't ignore you! I just have serious troubles with my eyes + trouble reading/writing.
I hope to get better. I can never be well, but I like my measly 5-8%, which I barely have right now.
