Storm Darragh meant no new Wainwrights were bagged in the Lakes today. I got out early for a wet and windy 20km, taking in some of the Ullswater Way. Definitely want to get back to complete a full lap of the lake.

06.12.2024 16:34 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 09 days out from Northern Counties Cross Country Championships which will be my last race of 2024. Today's training was 4x 3mins RPE 7 off 3min float RPE 6 followed by 4x 75s hills RPE 7 off 60s back down. Feeling aerobically strong.
