Introduction The Yale School of Public Health’s Humanitarian Research Lab (HRL) assesses to high confidence that Rapid Support Forces (RSF) engaged in widespread and systematic mass killing in El-Fasher, North Darfur upon gaining total control of the city and surrounding area on 26 October 2025.
