Tiny little fuckup lead to wiping the iPod and putting everything back on. Only took all afternoon. Approximately 6150 pieces so far.

I could use Rockbox, but I find it more clunky than the stock OS.

Yeah, why must corporations take cool shit and make it so awful? A little GPS display in my sunglasses while I'm out walking would be sweet, especially when I'm out of town.

Worked fine poking the pads with some tweezers. Does not work fine with the outer casing on it. That's annoying and stupid.

I also bridged a capacitor inside with a finger twice. Now the tips of 2 fingers feel weird. Stupid camera.

A while back, I picked up a Nikon Coolpix A300 camera from a thrift shop. Several of the buttons were wonky, and even something as simple as turning off the flash was an endeavor. Finally started really dicking with it, and it seems the flaw is in the plastic buttons rather than the electronic part.

I've never understood how holding a clip on lapel mic is even comfortable.

At least the first one can be explained by ignorance.
