Won Vanarama South with beautiful Chelmsford. One of the largest cities in England without a team in the EFL! Playing 4-2-3-1 mostly positive mentality. I noticed quite a big difference using positive mentality and kind of controlling the games with 4-2-3-1 compared to balanced mentality. #fm24
