Tämä tuntuu vaihtelevan paljon yliopistoittain ja ihan sopimuksenkin mukaan. Kokemusta on kaikista mainituista hommista ja ajattelen, että tenurella on huomattavasti enemmän neuvotteluvaraa kuin lehtorilla, mutta neuvotella tod. näk. täytyy/kannattaa. Monenlaista painetta on kyllä muuten enemmän.
