Was listening to Michael Popok this morning. He was explaining that of 8 bn, 5 has already been spent. The stop is on the remaining 3, and it's only long enough for the lower courts to finish their review and make their ruling. It is NOT a permanent stop to deny food and benefits to the hungry.

Unless the teacher has told them that their grade depends on answering questions from your talk, or holds them accountable in some way, don't expect a lot of interest.
