Obsidian rocks for what it is (plain text files you control, markdown etc.) but no d&d specific features
Legendkeeper is freaking awesome for more roleplay specific features, with cool integration of maps
learning about the indie / sculpture / kitbash side of miniature painting and it really feels like a generation influence by that weird kid from toy story who made his own toys

Hunt is so different that other games in the genre so nothing compares directly
Arc Raiders is the first real 'second generation' for the genre evolving it in very cool ways and adding accessibility
Tarkov as the originator of the genre is worth experiencing if your curious but is very hardcore
