'Smash Yer Head On The Junk Rock' was a record I made to pair with a zine by Starbelly Trash Collective. The title (based on a #Sebadoh classic) and art work were dreamt up by Reyna Gallardo. I collaged this record together in 1 day with home recordings. pure joy. FFO: weirdo, #lofi, avant jazz

#DanielJohnston and myself live on KALX UC Berkeley Radio c. 2017 on what would be his last tour. I knew he had played it during his infamous Pier Platters gig while on tour with #SonicYouth. I had suggested it to him in a songbook I brought of his lyrics. R.I.P. Daniel!
