I just love art. And all its forms. I like watching things make me feel like a person, and inspire me to make art that makes people feel like people, too.

I just realized that this is the first time since 2023 that I’m working on a project that’s reached the pilot stage of production.

That’s great but also sad cuz between then & now, it’s been a…royal bag fumble on my end in the creative process.

I spent way too much time perfecting Roomies that when the actual show had to drop episodes, I got too caught up in the details and never gave myself a chance to finish the show’s full plans before launching.

Down By The Pool definitely won’t take 4 years to air just to be clear.

I’m finally coming to terms with the loss of Roomies & any/all projects that failed to materialize in its aftermath.

Ever since coming up with Down By The Pool earlier this year, it’s been A LOT more enjoyable and exciting seeing a project progress rather than get scrapped on arrival.

I just realized that this is the first time since 2023 that I’m working on a project that’s reached the pilot stage of production.

I have no opinions on Homestuck nor do I plan on tuning in for this upcoming pilot if only cuz the videos about Homestuck were enough for me lol

Happy for anyone excited though. I know many folks love it.

Tbf, the last good Disney flick I watched was a tie between Luca, Encanto & Strange World. And the MCU & Star Wars lost me quite some time ago.

I'm honestly glad I don't have D+ anymore. It's just...sad to see Disney bend the knee like this. Not surprising, just disappointing.
