the XC pack also takes like 30 miles off the already iffy range for some weird off-road blend tires no one will ever use [at least not on purpose]. I found the looks difference to be too subtle to be worth it, but as with any aesthetics, ymmv

also demerits for the fixed glass roof. it was nice, but it sucks that it doesn't open. we use our moonroofs. and the sunshade is an option & one manually installs it. that said, that's how the world is going 🤷🏻‍♂️ it does help with making the interior brighter & feel more airy

when I say rear seat ride/room oh boy is it bad. it's almost a 2-seater. I'm 5'11, partner 5'7, we could barely do the sit behind each other thing when the other drove. neither of us fit behind the tall salesperson. I was carsick by the end of the 15min loop in the back. pitchy ride + claustrophobic

holy shit it's fast. a small box being able to scoot to 60 in barely over 3 sec is mind bending. it resets the brain

good: power [!], front seat ride/room, handling [steering less so], materials, looks, regen braking

bad: price, center screen/no buttons or gauges, rear seat ride/room, cold range

I've decided F1TV slightly > AppleTV for viewing. No ads. No awkward cutaways [they pulled an ESPN @ the end]. In-car viewing option. Some add'l telemetry in feed [even tho it's the same feed].

Bought the Apple sub to get both, so that's cool, bc I can finally watch Severance, The Studio, etc lol

Also get to see the stuff that happens when Apple goes to commerical which is nice

So what more do I get with F1TV? Feed is the same. I do get to select in-car views by driver so that's cool. Seems to be a little more telemetry on screen during the laps. Still don't get to "press the red button" lol
