I skateboarded in the driveway on Saturday afternoon. It was sunny and mild. I rolled for a long time, but was too tired to get much out of it. I did some 50-50s, boardslides, and a 43. There were three red-winged blackbirds and two downy woodpeckers in the yard.

Friday was up near 50˚ F so driveway skateboarding after work was comfortable. I did some boardslides on the flat bar, a couple 50-50s, and tailslides. Nothing was clicking. I was happy to be outside in nice weather. There was a loud red-winged blackbird in the yard. 30+ Canadian geese flew over.

It was still cold on Thursday for driveway skateboarding. The later sunsets mean less rushing after work. My board froze so the tricks got tricky. I did some noseslides, boardslides, and 50-50s. I saw a cardinal. There was a robin somewhere around the yard, but I only heard it.

Wednesday was ten degrees warmer than Tuesday, but it sure didn't feel that way. Driveway skateboarding after work was a task until I got my head in the game. I managed a bunch of frontside 50-50s and jump ramp ollies. I saw a cardinal and five Canadian geese flew by.

I skateboarded in the driveway after work on Tuesday. It was cold. I had to avoid a damp icy spot. I did some noseslides, ride-on grinds, boardslides, and jump ramp ollies. Things felt OK once I was warmed up. There were two downy woodpeckers in the backyard.

That's neat. They had some cool graphics and team. Based on the exit interview the owner gave, I figured he'd probably do a new board project at some point down the road.

Interesting. I thought it looked like a Scumco, but I thought they had closed up shop.

Same. It hasn't been terrible and there have been some breaks, but, yeah, snow since November.

Thursday was mild for driveway skateboarding. I did some boardslides, ride-on grinds, tailslides, frontside 50-50s, and jump ramp ollies. The weather ahead looks dicey so I was glad to roll, even if I was tired. Noseslides were a chore. I maybe need new wheels. Two robins were in the yard.

Skateboarding in the driveway happened after work on Tuesday. I did better than Monday, which isn't saying much. It was in the mid 40s so being outside simply felt nice. I landed a few noseslides, tailslides, and 50-50s. A flock of 30 Canadian geese and one giant crow flew over.

I skateboarded in the driveway after work on Monday. I was tired from the weekend and couldn't get any tricks to click. It was frustrating since I don't do anything particularly difficult and can usually put together enough to make it count. There was a lone cardinal at the feeder at dusk.

Sunday was sunny and mild. I skateboarded in the driveway all afternoon. I didn't have energy for that, but I tried since it was nice outside. I did two boardslides on the flat bar, noseslides, tailslides, like one 50-50, and a 43. I saw two tufted titmice, a downy woodpecker, and three crows.

Saturday I went to Jamestown. I scored a deal on new sheets at the mall & skateboarded at JSP. I was beat & didn’t land crap. It was still a good trip. I skated the driveway when I got home b/c it was sunny. I didn’t land crap there either. I saw 20 turkeys on the drive & a red-bellied woodpecker.

I skateboarded in the driveway after work. It was cold, calm, and dry with a nice sunset. Actually felt like skateboarding after dealing with weather all week. I did two really good noseslides, some boardslides, ride-on grinds, and jump ramp ollies. Four Canadian geese & two mourning doves flew by.

I would think so. I like Polar and I'm a fan of all the things Fos does. Figure he had to be getting a tad bored with drawing eggs all the time and needed a spark to do something different.

There were flakes in the air for Wednesday. The ground stayed dry so I skateboarded in the driveway after work. I did a few boardslides, a noseslide, a 50-50, tailslides, and jump ramp ollies. It was cold. Two Canadian geese flew over. An unidentified sparrow was on the ground at the bird feeder.

Tuesday was a clunker. It was warm, but the driveway was damp so skateboarding was limited. A few rain drops were falling, too. I did a bunch of noseslides and a couple of 50-50s. There weren’t any birds around either. Usually there’s at least a cardinal or mourning dove.

Monday was dry, but cold. I did some driveway skateboarding after work. I landed two boardslides, tailslides, frontside 50-50s, and jump ramp ollies and quit because it was 19˚ F. I saw an Eastern Towhee and a cardinal in the front yard.

I skateboarded in the driveway for the second day in a row on Thursday after work. It was 20˚ F so I didn’t have long before my board froze. I did two frontside 50-50s, tailslides, and a few ollies off the jump ramp. Things felt good, even with the cold. I saw a cardinal and maybe a house finch.

Wednesday was 20˚ F at best. I skateboarded in the driveway after work. The driveway had only a few small damp spots. I did a noseslide, a 50-50, tailslides, and jump ramp ollies before my trucks froze. I made my tricks count since I didn't have long due to the cold. I saw one cardinal in the yard.

We're stuck in a cold winter pattern. Usually snows a day, you dig out, it dries up, and you get a day or two before it snows again, but not this year. January has been a deep freeze. It's been such a dry cold the snow is frozen above the cement and comes off in chunks. It's not even wet underneath.

I shoveled out the driveway on Sunday and was able to skateboard after work on Monday. I had to deal with some big wet spots. I fit in some noseslides and boardslides before I got cold. Things felt good and wish I had more time. I saw two cardinals in the yard.

Exactly. My area hasn't been doing great economically for forever so we lost our Office Depot. It was such a handy store to have around.

What could possibly go wrong? I'm still ticked the Lakers gave up on Staples and went with Crypto dot com as their venue sponsor. We're always gonna need office supplies, crypto currency, not so much.

Perfection. One of my favorite things is seeing skateboarding where snow has been cleared out, winter be damned.
