The article shows a graph were total emissions dropped in 2020, yet the Mauna Loa Monthly Averages show no drop or slowing of CO2 concentration at that time. There is something happening I don't get: is the emission data wrong, is CO2 coming from another source, or what?

Hi Andrew, can you spell out NCAR (National Center for Atmospheric Research), I'm sure many don't know what it is. I did a small bit of work for them in the 70s and my brother-in-law worked for NCEP for four decades.

What a complete nincompoop, universities are constantly adjusting, changing, adding, dropping, merging programs. I am close to a economics department head -- he has traveled to China, Europe, Australia yearly to try and get students. Just like every other business universities look for customers.

They aren't Sport Utility Vehicles, you can't turn the wheel too quickly (not sporty), you can't put a 4' x 8' piece of plywood in them (not much utility.) They are GWVs := Global Warming Vehicles.
