the broncos did the best to build a very strong offensive line and good playcaller for bo nix to start his career in. they were the only team in the AFC currently without an elite QB that ranked in the top 5 of the supporting cast rankings (3/3)

almost all of the elite quarterbacks have some of the best supporting casts in the conference around them. also a lot of the younger quarterbacks have worse supporting casts around them (2/3)

the athletic football show's AFC supporting cast rankings show was fascinating to listen to. there appears to be a very strong correlation between supporting cast and quarterback skill level in the AFC right now (1/3)
