As feared, the far right in the @europarl.europa.eu is using the occasion offered by the @ec.europa.eu to further dismantle essential legislation, attack workers’ rights and corporate accountability ! This is very dangerous and unacceptable !

❌ The far-right Patriots for Europe Group (unsurprisingly!) demands to remove up to 90% of the ESRS, space out reporting obligations over 3 years, considerably reduce the sanctions + considerable delay in implementation of CS3D

❌The @ecrgroup.bsky.social through Tobiasz Bocheński is asking for an additional delay of fifteen years (application would be postponed until 2040) ! This is inacceptable !

🟢The @left.eu group through @manonaubryfr.bsky.social and @arashsaeidi.bsky.social is rejecting the proposal which dismantles core pieces of legislation
