It's honestly been games like Detention, Signalis, Darkwood, Mundaun, or more recently Look Outside, that have genuinely impressed me the most, and lingered with me. That's the sort of standard I'm comparing any new horror games, indie or AAA, and I'm honestly comparing Silent Hill F favourably.

On tonight's stream I was chatting a bit about how my favourite horror games in recent years are all indies, how they've really held the torch for the genre after it had been abandoned by the AAA industry, and in that sense I am comparing Silent Hill f to indie games as that's where the bar is now.

YARG is well worth trying at least once if only for the fact that it's the one big-name clone game that actually has working playable vocal parts.

Never really used it except for the short time they forced everyone to make a Google+ account to comment on YouTube videos. Don't miss it.
