Not advocating that it become greenspace. Advocating for demolition so that it can become 3/10/50/whatever story apartments or whatever the market would support post-demolition. These will be zombie buildings until they’re torn down

if my city (dallas) was serious about revitalizing downtown they would be incentivizing demolition of these obsolete buildings

Good read. NIMBY groups have recently been getting smoked on cpc/council votes. I predict this will pass 13-2 at council (Roth and Moreno no votes). I hope the NIMBYs continue to send distasteful emails to cpc members, interrupt cpc and council meetings, and be generally unpleasant people
