And today abdominal pain to the point I nearly passed out

I'm on so many meds right now I'm taking meds for the effects of my meds

Last night was one of the worst nights of my life
I know that sounds dramatic but I had a night terror so real it took over an hour for my heart to stop racing
I was paranoid the entire rest of the night
Couldn't stop shaking
Zero sleep
Was in a fog all day from it

I just read something so stupid.....SO stupid I couldn't comprehend the level of absolute bullshittery someone's brain would have to go through to reach this level of stupidity

I haven't longed Coco in months as we've focused strictly on in hand and posture work
