I had a dream last night (well, it was really a nightmare, as all my dreams are, but this “fact” in it was good) that I didn’t need my cane anymore and I was mobile on my own. The idea of freedom and the joy I felt was breathtaking. I’m really hoping it happens someday.

I did a lot of research about my leaky valve and how all the conditions and symptoms I have affect each other. Eventually it was laid out like pieces of a puzzle coming together and I said, this explains E⃨V⃨E⃨R⃨Y⃨T⃨H⃨I⃨N⃨G⃨.⃨ I’ve got questions, but they are i⃨n⃨f⃨o⃨r⃨m⃨e⃨d⃨ questions now. I’m still on that “oh no I forgot to eat all day and now I feel too nauseated to actually eat” mode. Only it’s also accompanied by my husband asking if I’ve eaten and then forcing me to eat something, and then feeling even more sick so I have to take nausea meds.

Heart catheter procedure scheduled for April 8th. Maybe we can figure out this leaking tricuspid valve thing and get me back to breathing better and being less lightheaded. Fix that and I can be cleared for other surgeries I need. Maybe 2025 is the Year of Stephanie after all. Or it’ll suck. 😂 🤷‍♀️

Lung tests today to rule out blood clots. Was easier than I thought they’d be. Heart tests soon to check pressure in one side of my heart due to a leaky valve that is causing some regurgitation. Home now but radioactive. Pardon my green glow. 😂

I’ve been having to use my cane to get around my house today and I am upset about it. Normally I just need it when I’m 𝓃𝑜𝓉 at home, but the last couple of days have been bad, especially with the cold front that came in. So not particularly thrilled in using it just to go to the bathroom. 😐

All my custom order slots are full, plus I have projects I am painting to post for people who might just like them. I also have a couple things to paint for a video I’m releasing, and a box for a charity silent auction. That saying about idle hands? Def not a problem for me right now. 🎨🖌️

Ollie just did the most Ollie thing ever. I had to move him so I could clear some work space, which made him pissy, so he knocked the whole project off with one swipe of his paw. Talk about a passive aggressive cat.
