Actually SCOTUS has done everything they can to enable Trump, and there's no guarantee they'll rule the same way if it were a Democrat. One reasonable decision with the support of half the conservative court is not a huge win. HTis should have been a 9-0 decision.

Revenge prosecutions rarely pass the smell test with a non-partisan, unbiased jury. DOJ has been very successful in the past by making sure the grand jury hearings are for legit prosecutions with clear evidence of wrong doing.
