I guess it's because there's no knockback to the degree of those other games?
I mean, Shatterhand is cool, but very basic, which makes it not that hard, so I guess in their eyes that makes it more fair, but I would rather play Bionic Commando on the Gameboy over Shatterhand again anytime soon.

The 3DS version might be better in a lot of things like the visuals, but it's too bright for it's own good, makes many places lose their entire initial identity of mystery in adventuring in the dark.
