I was the finance mod for PokePlanner, which was HUGELY successful and was for-profit, and we had no issues with copyright. So I don't particularly feel concerned. But I have added questions to the Interest Check regarding this!

I've noticed a common concern come up, so I'd like to discuss it!
With being for-profit, as currently planned, there is a chance that the Pokemon Company takes action. So some have suggested to have profits go to charity as a safe guard.
