And if I'm the person w/ the bad juju, I make it a point to stop, breathe & apologize IF my energy made them have to "shift" uncomfortably.

You NEVER know what the person you're engaging with, about to bump into, approaching to get rung up at the register or who is delivering your items may have went through RIGHT BEFORE your interaction. YES, they, too, don't know what it is YOU may be battling as well -

But the only true change that will occur is when we decide to stop being comfortably redundant & break free of hesitation.

We can either stay comfortable in a known hell OR grow & develop towards embracing an unknown heaven...
