With the exception of when I draw @tyjiro.bsky.social 's spirit creatures...which I do a lot. My favorite guy to draw is that horrible old man bird, Khlot. The only reason there's been less of this art recently is because Tyjiro is currently on hiatus.

A redesign of my sona Kuri. They have an open jacket this time revealing a turtleneck with a zipper decorated with an onigiri pull. They now have ears on their headphones and a tail to tie them to a different character named Girichow. They also now have heels inspired by Ochako Uraraka from MHA.

3.0 design is done. This will be the last update for a while.

From there, I had the bug. I loosened up, allowing myself to develop a style that worked for me with less focus on adherence to historical accuracy. Just having fun adapting the designs of friends and streamers I watch.

So, this whole recent kick of fugi-making started with me getting inspired by the KoG announcement animation to try making a vintage cartoon/UPA-style inspired fugi of Teaset. It was a lot of fun trying to simplify the shapes and details!

I've seen people talking about "Journal with Witch" and have though, "oh, I haven't seen that, I'll have to check that out." Guys...guys, "Journal with Witch" is "Diary of a Strange Land." I've already read it. xD I didn't realize because I was only seeing fanart of Makio, not the series art.

All those Discord alternatives that y'all are trying to push (Stoat, Matrix, Fluxer, Root, etc.) will have to comply with this as well if we don't stop this.

Maybe I'll start...actually posting some of these vintage cartoon inspired drawings to social media today. I've just been posting them to Patreon and some Discord servers so far.

Which reminds me, I should start looking into Discord alternatives. I have a list of stuff to check out.

A little bummed that I'm feeling frail and not very motivated to push through it to draw today, but also I've generated 24+ min of drawing footage over the past week, which is more than one Teatimelapse video worth so it's fine.
