On the phone with customer service. It doesn't matter for what. But yet again, this claim that "AI agents do the same work at almost no cost" is a lie. No AI agent has EVER solved a problem I have reported when I called any number - it has always, ALWAYS, taken a live human.

Over the decades, as I've seen a country's leader doing reprehensible things, I've wondered why the public or other institutions don't "do something." I realize now that, if a leader is doing horrible things, the power of other institutions was long ago gutted & the public is far from unified.
