Doing my third? fourth? rewatch of Stargate SG1 and just it the two-fer season 7 ep 18/19 called HEROES. I completely forgot about this one and am sitting here with the waterworks. The deaths of good main characters always hit me hard. Damn.

I really really really really really hate transitioning from third shift back to first shift. This effing insomnia is freaking crazy.

I swear, pixies must be real.

Every time I go to look for a screwdriver, it’s the wrong type. If I want a flat head, all I find are Phillips heads. If I want to Phillips head, all I find our flat heads.

F*cking fae tricksters.

I think it should be everyone’s goal to develop a standard “final word” that you can memorize and then cryptically mutter with your dying breath.

I think mine is gonna be, “Dammit, now I’ll never be able to paint that pickle train.”

Dear Lord, if that saying was true, there would be a f*cking inferno raging right now and a lot of screaming from a burning alpha-wannabe.

Just so we’re very clear: we are in the opening scene of the movie where they are explaining how the apocalypse happened. It’s no longer a “what-if” scenario. It’s happening. Right now.

We are all just inconsequential background actors in this travesty that is unfolding.

The only drawback in revisiting old friends by rereading a favorite book is having to relive the tragic parts and end up wet eyed again.
