Digital asset creation continues. The printing house I use got super excited when I told them I have a new production with cards that’ll I need printing.

Will be sending follow up emails to Seattle venues I’ve contacted tomorrow. Adding more potential Portland venues to my list but holding off on contacting any until I lockdown Seattle and Vancouver dates.

Lots of projects in flight at the moment.

#MurderByPasties is creeping ever forward. Venue agreement is signed and I just need to make the deposit for Port Angeles. I’ve heard back from one Vancouver, BC, venue but it turns out not to be a good fit for them. We’ll see what the next ones say.

I recently performed at #SilkAndStealProductions’ #TheAgedToPerfectionGala last month. It was a lovely affair!

The Forest Eyes has become one of my favorite acts in my repertoire. It’s a slow burn piece to Blackwater Holylight’s The Protector from their Veils of Winter release. Sadly, I don’t think it’ll go to many festivals due to its runtime, clocking in at almost five and half minutes.

Ironically, the next section of the monologue was about my first performance and how “I even survived a costume malfunction.” Using my hands, I emphatically gesture to the stage floor and my seated position.

An audience member asked me afterwards how I made my shoe “come apart on cue.” 😁

I did my talking strip at the Saskatoon International Burlesque Festival where I suffered a catastrophic costume malfunction. My high heel came apart of the arch and the platform and I went down hard. I continued my monologue from the stage floor.
