A yonkoma where a hyena presents a goat witch to the viewers. The goat witch enthusiastically recites her catchphrase "it's not tax fraud if you don't get caught" which prompts the hyena to very hurriedly usher her off screen.

Sketched a yonkoma idea I got in the week since more of my short comics have been featuring my OC Mika lately.
