As this horrible Trump administration attacks great American research universities and immigrants, it is important to remember how the science and technology that have fueled America's growth as an economic superpower depend on both.

Six of nine Nobel Laureates so far this year have been American based, half of whom immigrated to the US. Four have ties to University of California.
