Taking a break from ALL social media. The pressure to be vigilant in sharing things online and all of the doom scrolling, fear mongering from both sides, has taken a toll on my mental health. I am no longer the vibrant, youthful person I was once was. I'm tired. I still care but need a break. 💜✌️
