d) I finally mastered making homemade yakult! It’s amazingly creamy and richer, while still maintaining that classic flavor. Plus, I can make about 2L with minimal plastic waste.

c) backstory: When I was 18, I got my first passport, dreaming of travel. By 28, it had expired with no stamps. My last passport filled in under 3 years, thanks to hard work, lots of luck, and finding a partner who shared the same vision. We often don’t need to change dreams, just circumstances.

a) Human beings don’t behave rationally—this is a fact we see in economics and psychology. So why do we beat ourselves up when our choices aren’t ‘rational’? Why do we punish others for acting on emotions, biases, or impulses? It’s almost like we expect perfection from an imperfect species.
