Thousand sons would be okay but the trim will make you go insane a good start is always a wee basic space marine (bc its the easiest to learn to paint) however you CANN JUST DO WHATEVER

I think mosr of the time the bonus is a codex keeps you lore updated and gives you detachments that NEVER change to figure how to play

Just figure out what one you find the coolest (preferably dont go too complex bc youll havw to paint it)
