I’m pretty pro more power to them, and actually like the fact that they pay their players… their percentage of what they make to paying their team is much higher than most (can’t remember where I saw this) … but at a certain point they are over doing it, legal, but MLB needs to clarify “deferred”…

I don’t think we’ll see a salary cap, players will never approve it.

I’m hoping we get a salary floor of some kind, and an end or at least a limitation to these deferred contracts. #MLB

Backstory: Colton Cowser said a spring training fishing trip when a bait shrimp jumped out of his hand and he needed to corral it off the deck.
