It's clearly a great place, but my only thought/concern is that you're 'preaching to the converted'. Isn't a lot of science about educating others, particularly those who are skeptical...?

Yep. Theirs was built by their local council and was tested and met all the passive house standards, yet they need electric heaters to keep them warm as, being elderly, they don't generate enough heat to recirculate.

Is this about clean indoor air as well as clean outdoor air? We need good ventilation and filtration indoors to help mitigate the spread of airborne viruses and pathogens which, in turn, will help chronic conditions like asthma.

You're lucky. My parents live in a (rented) passive house and they're freezing! It's super-insulated but because there's only the two of them and they're in their late 70s they don't generate enough heat. As a result, their electric bill is v high because that's the only way they can heat the house.
