Good read Laura 👌🏻 Putting aside the likes of Taylors, Brass Castle and Attic have hit the nail on the head. Small operations need to keep cask offer lean, lower price point and accessible so we'll find bitters, goldens, lower abv GFs, and lower hopped pales being the mainstay this year.

Saturday we aim to open from 12noon and we'll be playing the rest of the day by ear due to the forecasted snow later in the day.

Here are the tap room hours this weekend.

We have first pours of this year's CURTAINS imperial stout on keg, an 11% mexican hot chocolate inspired dude with cinnamon, huge chocolate aromas and a smidge of anco chilli. Cans aren't quite ready so get a taste of keg first.
