Mental Health Day. I suffer from contamination OCD and a few subsets along with general and social anxiety. It’s a complex “mess” in my head I work to wrangle everyday. Medications and therapy have been a major help. Take care of yourselves the best way you can. Be well.

I watch British shows where I can over here. Mostly on Britbox and YouTube.

Meh, it’s life. I’ve given up on mending anything since my mom died. I was cordial when she was alive because she didn’t like conflict.

My brother and I rarely talk. We are opposite poles on a magnet, luckily it’s not due to politics, just childhood trauma.
