Oh boy, I’m a little tired of everyone thinking they can be a graphic designer. It’s kinda insulting when you train for years to do your job and other departments want you to use their “poster” they they worked really hard on

I can sympathise. Design wise, what I see at work can be horrific. Sometimes the design team gets bypassed all together and we just see random AI slop on the internal screens. One woman recently said to me that it must be great for me since I don’t have to work as much now 🤦‍♂️
