The real question: How long until we see a "Sideline AI Coach" position? Someone with a headset, laptop, and direct line to the AI model telling them "they're running play-action here, I'm 87% confident." Sure, coaching is still about motivation, culture, and recruiting. But in the future, what will the ROI be of paying someone eight figures primarily for Xs and Os?
