Day 12 - Concealed #Swordtember 2025
I said I'd return on the weekend!! finally added assets and oh boy-- TEXTURES yesss

I liked this one alot due to being a sucker for rogues (I used to play Inotia 4 every day on the bus to class + duo main assassin and alchemist on ragnarok online)

Day 11 - Reliquary #Swordtember 2025
I just found out that there was a halftone layer effect, so I'm now experimenting with that... after having spent a whole day looking through csp brush assets

OK, so, comic is being restarted because I went about it wrong, I should have done a storyboard first, and now that I've started storyboarding I've realised that page 1 was way too stiff

also I need to be less realistic when drawing. I'm going to use the interior drawing later

I officially have my [redacted] license (YIPPEE 1)

I'm a lil worried that I'll fall a lil more behind on swordtember and the comic bc I finally have work coming in (YIPPEE 2)

A dog grinds its teeth on the bone handle of an old and worn sword. A cat does the same to its shorter blade. A rat attempts to pull a spade-like blade carrying a slice of pizza, adorned with olives, mushrooms, spinach leaves and pepperoni.

Day 8, 9 & 10 - Canine, Feline & Rodent #Swordtember 2025
Ok so... I PASSED THE EXAM FOR MY [redacted] LICENSE.

And I studied dogs and cats and rats for a bit because animals are difficult to draw in comparison to flowers and swords and rocks

Day 7 - Clock #Swordtember 2025
"XII" takes the shape of the pommel. On one end of the cross guard is a stylised "III", and on the other, an "IX". The ricasso protrudes sharply, and on its end: "VI". The 6th hour, the hour of dawn, dusk.

Day 6 - Fossil #Swordtember 2025
It's been a long long time since I drew rocks
I like rocks i love rocks i like drawing rock structures

My only other experience drawing bones is drawing a horse and human skeleton together for reasons, maybe I'll post it since I only ever showed it to a few ppl...

A bell, attached loosely to the langet of an ornate sword, rings. Curls adorn the guard and bracket the column-like grip.

A youthful feral face stares off-camera at something. The distinct shape of canines peek out from a snarling mouth, their choppy hair stands on end and a pair of horns peek out from under their bangs.

The feral youth stands, holding an immense wide-bladed great sword with 2 hands, barely able to hold it upright. The edge of the guard has sunk into the ground. The youth is tiny in comparison to the weapon they hold.

Day 4 - Scale #Swordtember 2025
GUYS I IFNISHED MY THEORY ASSESSMENT FOR MY [redacted] LICENSE.

I've been so serious for swordtember, so here's the ad break (aka. the rare humour post where I smolbrain). I need to focus less on the line work otherwise I'll never catch up to the current day

I noticed too late that there was a light thick brush stroke in the centre of the drawing, it's purely accidental and most probably put there when I was falling asleep at the desk yesterday night

A mechanical hand makes contact with a worn equally-mechanical sword. Wiring with a mind of its own have slotted themselves into points on what looks to be a motherboard upon the base of the blade. Panels surround the two as they fuse together.

Day 3 - Automaton #swordtember 2025
Was supposed to post in the morning but it was raining and I thought it was still morning with how dim it was outside.

I need to do a theory assessment for class (my [redacted] license depends on it!), and I need to fold my since-dried clothes cya later folks

A sword sits upon a collective of cushion moss. A thin sleeve of moss has gradually covered the metalwork.

Day 2 - Moss #swordtember 2025
I'm speed running as fast as I can! I got so fixated on the linework that I ignored everything and by the end I was warm af bc I still had my winter socks on and it's not even winter anymore

A large hermit crab, wearing a spiralling turbo shell, sits upon the hilt of a sword. Four tower cap snails move along the tattered grip of the sword. Barnacles have attached themselves to the guard and two scallops have attached themselves along the blade. A hazy circle frames the long forgotten sword and its passengers.

Super late in getting into this because I've been busy and also got distracted trying to finish my genshin bp as well as wash clothes bc my basket was full and it was spilling out of the basket
