I have such a bad sickness. I never had such an obnoxious cough before. My throat hurts, when I stand up I get so dizzy. I rarely eat because the cough loves to interrupt every second of my being. I'm glued to the bed, I can't even draw.

when I started to draw Astro Boy, I had no clue how to draw chibis. And I still don't because I love to draw buff dudes on my free time.

Holy shit dude, shooting a cop? It really does leave you feeling something.

It's crazy that the most prominent memories I have is the innocence in the voice. I still view him as a teen or kid who loved to skate and doodle in his arms.

My mother just told me that a childhood friend of mine got arrested for armed robbery. We went from drawing comics together in class to one later in life being charged with felonies. I haven't heard from him since sophomore year of hs. Thats was so upsetting to hear man.

a row of fires that span the time from when i first started drawing him to now. notes on how I struggled with his tube head, to his moe phase and finally to how im trying to find a place i feel satisfied with. on the bottom are more precise eras of his design. marking 2023,2024,2025 and 2026. various notes on his design changes. fire used to be much more lanky and he was really contained to the tube. i found it hard to make him express so i ended up breaking the form of the tube in favor of allowing his face to be seen more easily. somehow through this he ended up going through a really intense MOE phase. I tried to go back to his original design more, as I much preferred when he looks older and tired. a bit factor i like think is how much his face is hidden by his helmet. that and how his eyes are drawn. I like to stay consistent with the original art as I think its cute that he's the only one out of the original 6 that has eyes similar to megamans. (they aren't fully closed)

along the top are just a range of fires that ive drawn that stand out from the rest. his facial proportions are generally pushed in one direction. below is the same row of fires from the previous image but their masks are up and the have shadows cast around their eyes. notes litter the page -fire in my au ends up stuck at The Light House after stepping away from his job. This is not good for him mentally. -his helmet was something i struggled with, specifically in regards to the thickness of the helmet. -eventually i just tried to make it something easier to draw. -now, i try a bit harder to make it a tube, while still keeping it easy tk draw. -i feel comfortable changing fires colors in anyway i want as long as his values stay consistent.

references and notes on how i draw elec, ice, guts, cut and bomb. notes are written across the image, the most important one are" elec- i tried to make him not resemble arigas while still making him more human and handsome. i do enjoy drawing him cutie and small from time to time. In terms of his body, i try to make him stout and well built. ice- underwent an intense transformation. I wasnt sure what do to do with him for a while but was greatly satisfied when he changed from cute lil guy to a much older man with eye bags.i got the goggles from his ruby Spears version. guts - i did really like arigas take. I dont enjoy making his jaw a human skin color. cut - super moe, and i was surprised to see that not many other people made him as genki as i did. bomb - i wanted to make him the cute small one. in a way i made him and ice switch personalities. his proportions are tough for me, j make his head too big a lot of the time. bomb and cut have jackets because i thought they looked naked. bomb cut and elec now all share the trait of not having big forearms.

just something i had been wanting to put together for a while. notes about the design shifts these robots have gone through.
